END THE STIGMA.
This week is Mental Health Awareness, which is something I feel extremely strongly about. So I have decided to write my thoughts on it.
I am an individual who has suffered myself from mental health problems. I went through the lowest point in my life a year ago or so. There were days I wanted to give up, end the pain and give in. Waking up became a huge struggle, daily chores became unbearable, relationships with my friends and family became extremely difficult. I lost myself as a person, I let my toxic thoughts destroy me. I felt I had no purpose in life and that is one memory that will always haunt me when I look back...depression and anxiety completely stole my life. However, one day I just woke up and I was sick of letting this darkness consume me..I spoke up and I got help. It was a long, hard process...and yes, I do still have to wake up in the morning with the decision to be positive BUT I know that even on my bad days I will never suffer like I used to, because I now know I never have to suffer alone, people will always be there to listen.
Mental health is NOT a weakness, it is nothing to be ashamed of and neither is speaking about it. You do not have to suffer by yourself, alone in your room at 3am feeling like there is nobody..THERE IS, and always will be. The naivety of people who say "just get over it, people have it worse'' is something that will always shock me. People die of suicide everyday, it is just as important as physical illness. We need to be kind to everyone, you never know what is going on in someone else's thoughts, the battle they are facing. In this generation I find that people feel it is harder to speak up about their problems, because of silly terms like ''Psycho'' or ''Attention seeking''... those two phrases is what held me back for a long time on making a recovery, forget those terms, forget the people who tell you to 'snap out of it' ...never feel like you are not important enough to speak out. We need to end the stigma... and together we can!! You are never alone, someone is always there to listen...so please, I beg any of you reading this who is feeling deep unhappiness to SPEAK to someone..a friend, a family member, or even a professional! Learning not to be ashamed of my mental health problems and being able to speak about them is what changed my life for the better. Never suffer alone my angels xxxxxx

Lullabellz Extensions Review!
Hey everyone! I am FINALLY doing my review on my absolute favourite princess hair extensions! I get a lot of comments on my hair, asking which extensions I use... the answer is LULLABELLZ!!!
If you are a complete hair addict like me then these are the extensions for you. I have been using hair pieces for a few years, yet I could never get the volume and thickness I wanted. They would always look so fake and ratty! These Lullabellz extensions are so thick, natural looking and give me the princess hair I have always wanted...not to mention the great price for them too, ranging from just £16 upwards! They are the best synthetic hair extensions I have ever tried, even better than the real human hair pieces I have had in the past! They come already styled so all you need to do is clip them in, great for those who usually take hours on their hair like I used to. Gorgeous, thick, princess hair in a matter of minutes.. what's not to love!?
In my photo I am wearing the 8 piece straight set in 'honey blonde' - the colour matches beautifully and I cannot fault them. The Lullabellz team are always at hand to help you choose your perfect colour, just send them a photo of your hair in daylight and they colour match for you...amazing right!? You can choose from curly extensions, to straight, to wavy, to classic sophisticated ponytails...they have it all!! I am yet to try their NEW real human hair set which I will be purchasing soon and do a review on, so keep a look out girlies!!! I am so happy I came across these Lullabellz extensions, I can not reccomend them enough...go try them!

HD brows changed my brow game!
Hey guys, hope everyone had an amazing weekend!!
So recently I've had a lot of people ask me what I do to my brows to get them naturally fuller. My secret is HD brows! I have been having HD brows since January and I cannot believe the difference it has made on my brows! I spent years over-plucking them, I thought they would never grow back! Eventually I got so fed up of having to draw them on everyday.. I wanted my natural brows back! So I came across HD brows and now my brow game is the strongest it has ever been.
So if anyone is thinking of getting HD brows, here is all the information you will need.
Before booking your HD brow appointment it is best to grow out your brows for a few weeks...NO PLUCKING!! This gives the therapist more to work with, so you will get a better result on the first session.
First step- The first step is the consultation. The therapist will sit down with you and go through everything you like/dislike about your brows, ask about your ideal brow, and talk about going on a regrowth plan if needed. This stage is so good because they really get to understand the type of brow look you are going for!
Second step- So the next step is the tinting, I have dark brown on mine, mixed with a slightly lighter colour to make them warmer. This is great for anyone with lighter brows and the tint lasts ages, around 5 weeks or longer!
Third step- It's now time for waxing. Yes this may make your eyes water... little tip, wear waterproof mascara! When I had my first appointment I wore normal mascara and ended up looking like a panda.. not a good look! Waxing the brow will help get the shape. For example if you want more of an arch! The HD brow therapist got me an amazing shape and really lifted my arch which I love!
Fourth step- The therapist will draw the main points on your brows. The front, the arch point, and the end point, this helps to get the perfect shape and length to your brow, they will then do some threading. If you haven't had this done before it can feel a little weird but it isn't as bad as people may say! Threading completely tidies up your brows, getting the shape so flawless and tidy.
Fifth step- So your perfect brows are nearly done. It is now time for some plucking of a few lingering hairs just to tidy the brow even more. If you have any area of your brow that you want to grow or the therapist thinks you should grow they will leave it and you must not pluck it until your next appointment!
Final step- By this point your brows are looking on FLEEK! To give you the best result the therapist will then apply professional HD brow makeup, showing you exactly how to fill the brow in properly to get them looking lovely and full. The HD brow pencil is amazing I adore it! It has a sharpener attached to the pencil so you never have to worry about loosing the sharpener, and the colours are all really natural. They also have a lovely powder that fills in the brows amazingly! The therapist will let you have a look at your new brows and see if there is anything you want them to change, they are always so friendly and amazing at what they do! A lot of people need more than one session to get their perfect brow, I'm now on my 5th! Usually they give you 4/5 weeks before your next appointment... they will tell you not to pluck in-between appointments which I know is hard but it is so important not to pluck!
I am in love with my brows now, they have grown so much, they are full, arched, perfect shape and length. I have HD brows to thank for my brow game being on point everyday. I reccomend HD brows to anyone wanting the perfect brow! Book your appointment now!!!

Get Gorgeous Skin!
So, this is my first blog post...how exciting!! For my first post I want to talk about skin care and important daily regimes. Since I've been working in beauty I have really noticed the importance of having a skin regime to keep up. Taking care of your skin is essential...you have it for life remember!
If you are anything like me, you may sometimes get down about your skin. Why wont these spots go? Why am I breaking out? Why is my skin tone so uneven? The main thing to remember is that we all have our flaws, lets be honest...no ones skin is flawless, so don't panic! Taking proper care of your skin can help aid these flaws that we hate so much.
So here is a few tips that I use myself!
Skin Care Regime
Wash face with facial wash or cleanser- This step is essential, as it acts as the superficial cleanse, getting rid of any lingering dirt, makeup or excess oil on the skin. You can use any face wash you like. For me I have been using Boots own tea tree and witch hazel foaming facial wash which is FABULOUS! It has spot bacteria fighting ingredients, so if you are prone to breakouts like myself then I really recommend this affordable, great product! If you want to check out this product please click here.
Exfoliate/Facial scrub- This step can be used twice a week with a harsher product, or every day with a more gentle scrub depending on how sensitive your skin is. Exfoliation will help get deeper into the skin, removing any dead skin cells allowing new healthy, glowing skin to form through to the surface. It will get even deeper dirt or bacteria out of the pores, and open them up which is great for anyone prone to blocked pores or pimples. My skin has improved drastically since I have started exfoliating, everyone must do it!! I use the Nuetrogena spot control daily face scrub which smells gorgeous, it is gentle enough not to irritate the skin but works amazingly! Click here to take a look at this amazing product!
TONE!! - Toning is a MUST after exfoliating. In exfoliation we are opening up our pores, if we leave them open for too long then more dirt and bacteria will enter, therefore we need to close up the pores again by tightening the pores...which is what toner does! Toning leaves the skin feeling extra clean and fresh, I love it! I have been using Boots tea tree and witch hazel toning lotion which is amazing as it also helps reduce any current spots you have. Highly recommend!!
Mask- A mask can be used once a week. All face masks do different things, so find one that suits you best and suits the outcome you want form your skin. I personally use yet again the tea tree and witch hazel peel off face mask (can you tell I love these products yet?!) this particular mask is aimed to unclog your pores from any nasty dirt and bacteria that is lingering deep down. When you peel it off you feel like you have brand new skin, it is incredible!
MOISTURISE!- We must all moisturise! This is especially important after we have exfoliated and toned as it can leave our skin feeling a little tight, so moisturising helps to loosen it up again and feel gorgeously smooth, like a baby's bum! If you have oily skin, or prone to breakouts I strongly suggest using an OIL FREE moisturiser as too much of our natural oil (sebum) that we produce can cause pimples and breakouts; so we definitely do not want to be adding more oil to the face!
After studying the anatomy of the skin and performing facials on clients I feel that this routine for skin care is a must if you want glowing, healthy skin. There are other factors such as lifestyle changes that will also benefit the skin, which I will talk about in another blog post.
I hope this has helped or interested anyone looking to improve their skin, I would love to know your thoughts! Make sure to follow me for my next post my lovely's! <3
